last fri there was class BBQ:
horrible planning but it still kinda worked out.
on sat with bong cooked tomato stew
8 quatered tomatoes cooked in 25g of butter for 10 mins.
add one bay leaf, 1/3 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon juice, one onion finely chopped, dash of mixed herbs.
cover and simmer 45 mins. add parsely for finishing touch
made some homemade garlic bread and croutons
cook bout 3 or 4 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped, in butter, add chopped parsely.
turn off fire, coat sliced french bread (one side will do) and toast for 2 mins or so.
it was super tasty, the comb of sour and salty. de-lish. if only we made more.
we made yoghurt pudding too but it din look very appealing so..
on sunday went out with fontaine to bugis,
bought many floral tops!
ate at benten at iluma.
salmon and mushroom creamy pasta. BOOMZ
salmon and avocado salad.SHINGZ. how can you use soya sauce as salad dressing…
oh and i finally have shoes! my first damn pair.
quitting work in 2 weeks. gonna start poly! yay.
